We have sent your order with love. It may happen that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. If you want to exchange or return something, follow the steps below:

• Add the packing slip to your products in the original packaging.

• Write your order number on the label at the return address and always send your packing slip.

• Have the parcel stamped and sent. 

• Keep the receipt in a safe place, it contains the track & trace code so you can follow the parcel and see if it has arrived in good order. 

- No investigation will be initiated on missing returns and no refund is possible.
As soon as the return package has been approved by our returns department we will arrange the refund as soon as possible. 

•• Please note:

SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED

 This is the only way we take back items:

• Put the items back in the packaging undamaged and unworn.
 This means with all cards attached and neatly packed in the original packaging.

• We can't take the items back if we suspect that the items have been worn more often than during the fitting.

RETURN CONDITIONS

• You may cancel and return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

• The costs for sending your return package to Gybizia are for your own account.

• Gybizia is not liable for any loss or damage to a return package. We therefore advise you to send your return package by registered post.

• When we have received and processed the return package and the returned items in good order we will refund you the product quantity to the bank account you paid with. We strive to process your return within 3-5 working days after receiving the return.

• Refunds will in any case be made within the statutory period of 30 days.

RETURN CONDITIONS U.S.A./ AUSTRALIA:

• If you wish to return an order, you must contact our customer service by sending an email to love@gybizia.love and ask for a credit invoice. This credit invoice must be attached to the order in order to accept it. 

PLEASE NOTE: returns without a credit invoice will not be accepted!

Have you received a damaged product or a complaint about a product?
These items can not be sent as a regular return package, but must be reported to customer service via love@gybizia.love.
